Insight Family Health was founded in 2024 by Natalia Abrikosova, MD and Gary Micchelli, MBA to bring back the personalized, comfortable and local medical care that generations before have enjoyed.  In today's environment of aggressive, de-personalized corporate medicine we provide full service primary care medical services by experienced physicians in a friendly inviting environment designed to enhance your health and well being.  Located in Sunnyvale California at the corner of Mary Ave and Fremont, we are conveniently assessable via major highways to all of Silicon Valley and beyond.

Corporate medicine continues to shorten appointment times to 15 minutes or less, pressure patients into seeing alternative and inexperienced non-physician providers, and burdening primary care physicians with ever growing administrative and performance demands, while lowering compensation and failing to support physicians needs.

We see an opportunity to serve patients by advocating a return to sanity with independent physician-managed, patient-centered, medical practices offering personalized, comfortable and local medical care.

OTHERS: Choice Care (via Humana), CIGNA (via PHCS), Kaiser (via Multipan/PHCS), Merchant Benefit (via First Health), Oxford (via United), PHCS Network, and more. 

In addition, we offer very reasonable self pay rates that are affordable to all patient's while providing a concierge-like experience that is not obtainable at larger health care providers. 

Patients who self pay for their care visits can still have labs, imaging, specialist referrals and prescriptions paid for by other medical plans that may be available to them, including Medi-Cal Programs. For a low visit fee, you get same week, often same day, access to experienced caring Primary Care Physicians. Why wait months to take care of your health, risking unfavorable complications or illness? You know you are worth it!
