9. Mobile SMS Privacy Policy


Your mobile information will not be shared with any third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.  All policies are followed as per CTIA guidelines 5.2.1. 


As current or prospective customer, you understand that you can


  • Text us STOP at any time to opt out of receiving SMS text messages from us.


  • Text us HELP at any time to receive help. 


At any time if you want your information to be removed, you can contact us via our email address or regular mail."


Purpose of Outgoing Texts:

As a independent private medical practice, our outgoing texts are used to enhance patient communication, ensure timely healthcare management, and provide valuable health-related updates. Texts are sent for the following purposes:


Outgoing texting descriptions:


Appointment Reminders:

To notify patients of upcoming appointments, confirm attendance, or reschedule as needed.

Example: "Hi [Patient Name], your appointment at Insight Family Health is on [Date] at [Time]. Reply CONFIRM or call (669) 721-1315 to reschedule."


Follow-Up Care:

To check on patients after appointments, provide post-visit instructions, or offer additional assistance.  Example: "Hi [Patient Name], we hope you're feeling better! Let us know if you have questions about your treatment plan. Reply HELP or call (669) 721-1315."


Preventive Care and Health Education:

To share health tips, updates on screenings, or seasonal health advice tailored to the patient population.  Example: "Hi [Patient Name], flu season is here! Schedule your flu shot today by replying BOOK or calling (669) 721-1315."


Administrative Updates:

To notify patients of changes in office hours, new services, or payment reminders. Example: "Hi [Patient Name], your payment of [Amount] is due by [Date]. Reply PAY for options or call (669) 721-1315."


Compliance Note:

All texts are sent to patients who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications. Each message includes clear instructions for opting out.

"Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Msg & data rates may apply."
